Missed Blocks Watcher

This tool allows you to get notified in Telegram when your validator misses blocks. You can choose to be notified on any combination of 1%, 5%, 10% and 50% of missed blocks. Once subscribed you will get missed blocks alerts on supported chains for the selected validator. For Cosmoshub validators it will also notify on missed block on consumer chains.

To set it up - send #missed command to @ibc_cosmobot in DM in Telegram.
