Auto-translate [BETA]

This feature allows to automatically translate non-English messages sent in a group chat to English. There are two ways to toggle auto-translate in a chat: 1. Send the following command in a public chat

#translatechat

2. Send the following command with chat id in Cosmobot DMs

#translatechat -1001588259136
