Everyone who has linked a wallet, plotted by how much ATOM they stake and their community reputation, for one chat. Only people in the top-right box qualify. Change the gates, weights, cap and idle window below to see who Cosmobot would make an admin, and who would be removed for inactivity.
Cosmobot can give out chat-admin status automatically. A person has to pass two checks, and being strong on one cannot make up for the other:
They must have at least the stake gate staked, 2,500 ATOM in this chat. Staked ATOM takes 21 days to unlock, so it is real commitment, not a quick top-up.
Reputation is the community's running score for a member, from up and down votes. They also have to clear the reputation gate, 15 here. A large wallet with no standing in the community does not get in.
Anyone who passes both gates. They can pin messages and invite people, and nothing else. No power to remove or silence anyone.
A higher reputation, 50, also allows deleting messages, muting and banning. The powers that can hurt people sit behind community trust, so stake alone cannot buy them.
A member counts as active when they post a message, or when a human admin uses Telegram's own tools to ban, mute or promote someone. Deleting messages is invisible to bots and does not count.
An operator sets a day window. A bot-managed admin silent longer than that window is removed. Someone with no recorded activity counts as idle for as long as recording has been running, so it never punishes silence from before recording started. It only removes, never blocks a promotion, and new admins get a full window of grace.
Weights and the cap. If you set a maximum number of admins and more people pass than there are seats, everyone who passed both gates is ranked by a score and the top ones keep the seats. The score adds how far past the stake gate a person is to how far past the reputation gate they are, each multiplied by a weight you set. The recency weight adds a small bonus for being recently active, as a tiebreaker. With no cap set, everyone who passes both gates becomes an admin and the weights do nothing.
Reading the chart. Every dot is one person. Further right means more ATOM staked, higher up means more reputation. Only the shaded box in the top right passes both gates. Dots fade as their activity gets older, and stay faded if there is no activity record yet. A solid ring marks who is selected, and a red ring marks who would be removed for being idle. The dashed gold line marks the trusted level.

The score matches the bot: stake weight × staked/gate + rep weight × rep/entry rep + recency weight × recency, where recency runs from 1 just after activity down to 0 after a week idle. Idle removal happens before the cap, so a freed seat can go to someone else. Staked here is the latest snapshot per wallet; the live gate also looks at the 7-day average. Tier is separate from the score: it is set by reputation alone, 50 or higher is trusted, so a high score driven by stake can still be only entry tier.
